Courses can be organized on most weekends. Group courses can be taught anywhere around the lower mainland and can be planned to emphasis course content that is relevant to your group. Group discounts may be available.

Up-to-date with recertification*

CPR certifications expire every 3 years. Most employers require re-certification annually for CPR.

*Please note that the recertification course is a re-testing, not a re-learning of the material. The time allocated for the course should be adequate for participants to demonstrate all skills to the Instructor.

CPR level C

PREREQUISITES: Candidate is recommended to be at least 12 years old

DESCRIPTION: Be prepared to save a life! Knowing how to perform CPR and activate emergency medical services are critical lifesaving skills that everyone should have. This 8 hour course will teach you how to help someone who is choking, not breathing, or has suffered cardiac arrest, as well as how to prevent injuries, recognize the early signs of heart attack, and manage risk factors for heart disease and stroke. CPR-C teaches the skills needed to help adults, children and infants including two-rescuer CPR skills.

CPR level C - Recertification

PREREQUISITES: CPR level C

DESCRIPTION: Recertification of CPR-C. Annual re-training is recommended.
